At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are clearly visible.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
